We set out to make their innovations accessible through Journa, a new consumer brand that brings clinical rigor to the field of aging health.

Made for every stage of the journey
The name Journa represents the brand’s commitment to pioneering a more natural aging journey. It is equally inspired by the word “journal”: symbolizing a desire to help people rewrite their aging health story.
A color system inspired by nature
In addition to naming Journa, we established the brand’s product architecture, naming, and color system. Each product’s color was derived from a fruit or vegetable that is integral to Journa’s clinical formulations.
A balanced type system
Journa’s type system maintains an inviting, yet clinical sense of authority. It is comprised of the warm yet precise sans serif PP Mori, as well as the authoritative serif HAL Timezone, the latter of which takes inspiration from older medical journals.
Small microbes, mighty innovations
To bring Journa’s scientific rigor to the forefront, we developed a sub-brand and terminology for Microscape Technology™: the novel scientific method that Journa uses to harvest fruit and vegetable microbes and transform them into clinically-effective solutions for aging health concerns.
