Ritual is a company that requires the creative team and science team to sit in rooms for countless hours, trying to break down ways to make big ideas a little less intimidating. These emails were often a few pages of notes and sketches before ever opening up a creative program.
Teaching good habits
The hardest challenge in a subscription vitamin model is retention: and specifically, helping those new to vitamins remember to take them every day and form the habit. To help with retention and building good habits we tested a few methods and mini-campaigns to learn what works.
As a retention strategy (and for a daily dose of fun), we designed a sticker calendar and placed them into orders so customers could have a rewards-driven method to track their new habit.
